How To Schedule
Dr. Sarah is committed to on time appointments and our office will do our best to offer flexible appointment times. To schedule an appointment, you can call our office directly at 630-765-7575. Our receptionist will assist you in scheduling an available appointment. You may also fill out the Request an Appointment form, and our receptionist will call you back during business hours.

What To Wear
Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing during your appointment. You will be clothed for the entirety of your treatment. Depending on the treatment you are receiving, you may be asked to change into a gown or may be draped under sheets.
What Not To Wear
We recommend not wearing the following items during your appointment:

Nail polish: ​The condition and appearance of your fingernails provide information important to diagnosis. We kindly ask that you do not wear nail polish during your first visit or examination.

Long earrings or necklaces: Chiropractic therapy incorporates physical contact of the doctor's hands and the patient's neck and/or upper back. Necklaces and earrings may interfere with therapy. It is advisable to either not wear the jewelry, or to remove any accessories prior to treatment.

Fragrances: We are a fragrance-free clinic. We do our best to accommodate those with chemical sensitivities, migraines, etc. We kindly ask all patients to avoid wearing perfumes or colognes for their appointments. We also discourage any smoking 1 hour prior to your appointment time.
